Deluxe Chemicals CEO runs away from accountability

Pathetic and NO integrity! I bought a full batch of chemicals last year in June. They delivered 2 years of stock with only 10 months left on the expiry date. When I questioned it the rep Pieter said that they will not exchange it as they have controls and the stock has left their premises. He told me to wait and raise it closer to the expiry date which I did. Pieter, Monette and the CEO Renier all ducked and refused to acknowledge or rectify when I raised it again this year as the stock expired on the 8/04/2021. I’ve reported Delux Chemicals to the SABS, consumer ombudsman and Posted a review online. Deluxe chemicals wanted to extend the expiry date without testing the product at a Sanas lab! I will be sending this to their shareholders and request a response. Renier, the CEO sets a pathetic example of unaccountability and lack of integrity. I won’t be purchasing from them again, but I’m not prepared to loose money on their expired stock. This post is to warn all potential customers.
