Refund , order cancelled by store
I placed an order which was cancelled, the money was refunded to my wallet. there is no option to refund to bank account. I contacted them via the app , no response. After 7 days I decided to just try placing an order again to use that money. My wallet balance was not used rather it debited my card. Very dissatisfied.

DELYVR : not reliable and reputable
Hi guys if any of u use this app please be aware whatever u order or deliver locally will be delivered approximately 3 to 4 hours after placing your order . So if u order food please expect your delivery after 3 to 4 hrs . This service is pathetic . I have had previous issues with DELYVR and they still continue to provide outrageous service . This company should not even be allowed to provide delivery services . Please don’t ever use this app rather stick to UBER or MR delivery who are reputable . This company is not reliable or reputable . Thank you . Dr abdoola

Delyvr App Experience
A few snags but otherwise good app. Adding a new delivery address other than the two on my profile was problematic as it kept only showing me the two on my profile despite typing a new address. After payment was made it took a while before the restaurant confirmed the order. Once confirmed a driver was allocated and tracking was live and delivered in an acceptable time. I hated that I had to make a second payment for the driver tip. This should be provided for in one seamless transaction when paying for the order and not a second separate transaction by the customer. Come on guys you can do better than this! You can have a backend process to provide and process the tip. #BlackFriday
