House of Smilez dental disappointed by *********** doctor

I had the worst experience with this house of smiles dental studio. I went in for a painful tooth and feeling. The doctor took an exray and said we can’t to the filling because my teeth are rotating which makes my teeth and loose I need braces and gems doesn’t pay. I asked her to do the send what she has I’ll ask for ex gratia she said to keep the pain at bay she gave me a script and said we’ll do the filling and wait on gems the consultation was about 15 minutes including the exray she just tapped on a few teeth. I left the pain got worst that I was now using straws to eat. I went back and when I was supposed to get authorization gems said I had already washed my teeth which I hadn’t and I asked to do the orthodontic consultation she refused and said gems would reject. I said I already put in a form with gems and they were waiting for that information to make she said no because I have to pay R1800 I asked what’s the different between the two exams she said the tooth chart and photo, so I asked you’re going do the same thing and all is missing is tooth chart and photo, why doesn’t she do it since the exam is used for ex gratia they are requesting it she said no it has to be done that way. The she gave me the the same antibiotic and paracetamol. I am wondering is this how things are now.
