Dentdoctor worst place to take you car to bad service rude owner/staff that's everyone's worst nightmare the broederskamp the employer goes right with the rude disrespectful employee

I wrote my review about this place December after the horrible experience I had with them and I also mentioned that they are not a business but a broederskamp today I thoutht they were gonna finish me after I took my car to the service on the 27th of November 2025 the same day when I drove away on my way home the car just died in the middle of busy phakamile mabija street in the traffic I called dentdoctor a staff member told me to deal with my battery maybe it's whats causing the problem and I listened to her fitted a brand new battery thinking my problems would be over yoh that's now a permanent problem I'm struggling with my car loses power n stops with every drive I called Monday again the staff member said she will speak to her bosses and get back to me so I waited until I had to call back again Wednesday and she said to me that she spoke to her bosses and they said I should return it so that they can perform diagnostic on the car I said fine I'll come thursday and that's today I got there just after 8 she showed me that I should go to their other building the one next to Don bau I went and stood infront of the gate one of the guy's who work there said nobody told him about a car coming he said the other guy must dial the no of the lady who told me to bring the car today they spoke and he said fine drive in as he about to do diagnosis on the car the boss/manager came out a place there as if he was blew in by a tsunami and the performance started it was one swear word after the other then my brother told him his rude whilst he was swearing at me and uttering that he doesn't want my car and me on his premises orders me me to remove my car still swearing and when my brother tried to address him regarding the swearing he jumped from me to my brother and I told him straight don't swear at me I'm not your **** and when I refused to remove my car as ordered vis verbal abuse he said he will show me he went to their other building across the road guess what he went there alone upon return it was 3 of them they chased my brother around there the one pushed him around after the main swearer hit my brother on the chest and kept pointing him in the face as it busy getting out of hand luckily a police vehicle passed and I screamed for help they herd me came back to check out the situation and whilst they were stopping this man opened my car and the other one was pushing my car out because I refused to remove the car as the current problems were not there before that day they serviced my car the one guy whom I mentioned in my first review vaatjie was one of the 2 guys whom this manager called johan went to take to come and fight us he mentioned this vaatjie that we should bear in mind that there are cameras so I responded in saying to him then I'm happy cause their cameras are going to expose their clear ****** I would like to say to everyone taking their cars to dentdoctor careful always thoroughly check everything out before taking your car because they swear n fight ppl when they raise their concerns regarding shabby work on their cars I took some videos they will follow next and they can also show u their footage dai mense by dentdoctor is rou n onbeskof they used to treating ppl as if they doing us favour but they forget we pay everything done on our cars then they threaten you with lawyers I've got no lawyers but I've got the truth on my side so I'm saying bring it on me against your lawyers I don't have a problem today I'm sitting with a car that dies in the middle of traffic at every drive but know that I'll find a way out of this Uta swi Kuma leswi u swi lavaka
