DENTIST DR FERREIRA AT Dr Sarembock

DENTIST DR FERREIRA PUNCHED ME IN THE FACE!!!

This review is about Dr FERREIRA at Sarembock Dental, Loop Street, Cape Town. I went to Dr Sarembocks practice a few times but every single time I would end up seeing a different dentist. Then one day I had an appointment and arrived on time. I was kept waiting for about an hour! Then some woman at reception asked me if I was pregnant! I was overweight. But the way she asked it was meant as a total insult!!!! So I was really very angry already and when a certain Dr Ferreira called me into his room I complained about the long wait and the rude receptionist. That was a very bad move. So then Dr Ferreira starts working on my teeth and then actually literally socalled "accidentally" punched me in the face! There was a woman there in the room who witnessed the whole thing. So obviously I flinched! but nobody said a word or even said sorry for "accidentally" hurting you. It was deliberate!!!! So I was beyond furious and later wrote Dr Sarembock a long email about what had happened that day, including everything! The messed up appointment time, the *****y receptionist and Dr Ferreira punching me in the face!!! I never ever got a response from Dr Sarembock! I even phoned his offices and asked if he had seen my email. I didn't get much help there either. So obviously I never went near that practice ever again!!! Then I kept getting phone calls from his receptionist telling me it was time for a check up or whatever. And I kept telling the receptionist that I would never go back there ever again and that Dr Ferreira had punched me in the face! But they kept phoning me and hassling me for ages afterwards. Still there was no reply from Dr Sarembock himself!!! I think I sent that email several times. The only good thing at the practice was a very good dental hygienist, but I cant remember her name.
