Dear All Since my last post on hellopeter regarding our bad experience with holiday accommodation at Deo Volente Guest Farm, Swellendam, I could manage to get hold of Mr. Michael Nkosi (Tourism Complaints Management) who is handling my case. I want to sincerely thank everyone in the Department of Tourism (Complaints) for their quick response and attention to this matter.
