Running away from their mistake.

I currently purchased a left-hand side fender from Deon's Auto panels for my Opel Mokka based on my cars Vin number which the salesman asked me for. The panel beater contacted me and told me that the I was supp**** with the incorrect fender. I then contacted the salesman, and he told me that the fender that he supp**** is the correct one based on my Vin number. I was obviously supp**** with incorrect fender as it does not fit my car. I have not heard anything from the salesman since or last communication.
