Very disappointed 😞 😔
I app**** for the loan,completed the forms did all the process and I was told that my loan has been approved I completed and signed the approval form and emailed it to companies email address (info@depfinfinance.co.za) and was told to pay 3980.10 as stated on the form as the legal fee payment I did deposited the money and sent the proof of payment on the email and wats up I haven't receive the loan instead I' am told to pay the transfer fee which is not on the contract and we did not agree with I feel like I've been ****med and they are now not answering the calls,hoping to be refunded.

Depfin Finance Loan is one of the best loan service fast and reliable, I am very happy to get help from them after the bead reviews but i decided to try my luck and finally i got the loan approved and receive it in my bank account after following the process. Disappointed. No service at all.
I was ****med by Depfin, I app**** for a loan and I asked if I will be requested to pay any fees except the legal fees they said no. After paying the legal fees they wanted the transfer fees, I told them I don't have that rather they pay me back I was told there are no refunds, even on their contracts they tell you about legal fees only. There's nothing on transfer fees or no refunds and I have proof of our conversations Stay away from Depfin Finance they are ****mers.
