Demovix anti ageing is a scam.

I had a hortible experience with an online product called Demovix anti ageing. These people are criminals. They advertised their anti ageing product that you can get a free sample to try and you only pay shipping witch is a small amount. I paid for the shipping through my card and waited for the product. Weeks later i get notice from my bank for money coming off. The following month another amount comes out and at that time i still have not received the product. Tryjng to track them down my bank gave me the name of the company. I called them and it is a nightmare to deal with them cause everytime they tell uou give us 5 days and call back, 5 days later another excuse eventually they paid the second refund only then i had to phone again to enquire about the first refund and i was told they do not refund the first one mind you i still have not received the product. This is a scam guys so do not buy anything from these people. I am furious that they took R1500.00 from my account and they are not tefunding it because their policy us to only refund the second one. What did i pay this amount for when i dont even have the pro****. If anyone has had a similar experience please advise so coz i want to take this further. What is even eorse is the customer service person will not allow uou to talk to anyone else, his word is it cause that is the company policy to reap people off.
