BAD SERVICE FROM DEUCE LANDSCAPING SUPPLIES, IGNORE REFUNDING REQUEST
I ordered 3Cubic Meters of Table Mountain Stone from Deuce Landscaping Supplies as advertised on internet, on 4 May 2019. They requested me to confirm the payment of R3228.00 before delivery can take place. Delivery will then be the same day or the next day? Since 4th May I battled to get hold of them to deliver?? On 9 May 2019 they deliver normal grey crusher stone used for concrete mix, mixed with yellow sand to give it a yellowish color. We refused delivery of the mix and since then I battle to get hold of the company to claim back my R3228,00. The don't respond to my Emails, don't answer my calls or SMS messages?? I got better Garden Stone at JJ Maritz en Seuns for half the price, with no excuses and professional service!! I am very much disappointed with the poor service I received from Deuce Landscaping Supplies, and the way the just ignore any communication regarding refunding !!

29.10 - Original order for garden stones placed and paid.<br> 31.10 - Failed to deliver order<br> 2- 10 Nov: I am begging for a refund or delivery of stones<br> <br> My phone calls & emails are blatantly ignored. No one comes back to me. The phone was thrown down in my ear. 10 days now, I still do not have the stones I ordered or the refund I requested.<br> I tried again yesterday and was told by IVAN that he can deliver the stones on Thursday, 12 Nov - I am still awaiting a phone call, after Ivan confirmed that he will email me.
