Deutsche Wagen T/A Village Auto - wrong fuel pump drama
We took a Kia Picanto for a service, they identified something wrong with the fuel pump. A wrong fuel pump was installed, a Kia Rio. This caused the fuel tank to leak and the fuel gage to show a wrong reading. This caused my son to stop without fuel, twice, because the fuel gage calibration was totally off. We took it back, they did not identify the problem. We took it to another car repair place, they did not identify the problem either. Only when we took the car to the dealer was it identified. The wrong part was taken out and handed to me. I contacted them, and requested that the wrong part be re-funded. Not even the labour or the amount of trouble, just the wrong part. Even after several attempts I was jus ignored
