Devine Pools - Terrible services

We signed a contract with Devine Pools and paid the deposit (60%) as requested. (Pool size 3.2 x 2.2) Juan van der Schyff said that they will start with the pool on 4 November 2019 but only started on the 6th. On the 7th when delivering the pool another 30% was paid. We ordered a heated swimming pool as we have a 5 year old daughter and she prefers it. With the discussions with Juan he indicated that the heated panels will be fitted to our roof. He didnt fit it to the roof but placed it onto a "afdakkie". He promised that the water will be hot within 3 days. It is now 16 days and still no warm water. We contacted him several times in this regards and he kept on having excuses (made appointments but didnt attend it, His car broke down, and this morning (29 Nov 2019) he telephonically we need to add another panel). They didnt even clean the swimming pool properly. It was full of sand. He said that we had to clean it ourselves. We bought a sweeper but that was unsuccessful. Eventually we hired another company to help us to remove all the sand. (Extra costs for a job that was supposed to be done by Devine Pools. The creepy crawly that they installed is also not working at all. Juan keep on saying that we have to "play" with the pipes. We tried everything but it is still not working. After our telephone call this morning he said that the creepy crawly was a gift. He says that he cant do anything in this regards because we got it for free. We also paid for a pool cover but till date we didnt receive it. We eventually got the telephone details of the pool cover people and they informed us that Juan only ordered the cover around the 21st/22nd Nov and that it takes 6 weeks to make. This was also supposed to be delivered when pool was finished. The tiling around the pool is also uneven and some of them big spaces in between. The pool is also uneven. We only realized that when the pool was filled up with water. We gave Juan another change to fix our problems but he is not willing to do this.
