I paid my rent on the 12th , today is the 20 My meter was blocked since the 13th I have been trying to call and the agent will either say the finance team is in a meeting or they will call me back. when they call back they will ask me to send an Email with the proof of payment and when i do that i nolonger get any response. Imagine im staying at home during this time because my access is blocked and i cant recharge electricity . Another issue is network I've been staying here for almost 4 years and believe it or not my Unit does not have network I've reported the issue and they always say its in process . Its been 4 years now. Can the government please intervene.. This company is **** and their employees are very disrespectful and with very poor customer service .I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking. You will def regret
