DHL Experience - Buyer Beware...!

DHL is probably the worst courier service I have had the misfortune to encounter thus far in my life. A parcel of around 1kg I ordered from the USA took 13 days to cross the Atlantic Ocean to RSA, and it has now been sitting with DHL South Africa for another 15 days. It takes them longer to courier it from Johannesburg to Cape Town than from the USA to RSA.
