Poor treatment

The treatment we are getting from the company is super bad, our family member Thembinkosi James Pad passed away while on duty, eversince then they are denying access for us as we are his family members there are UIF papers which we brought there to be filled out by the company at the end of January 2023, till today(March 14, 2023) we have not received those papers from them, they are saying their HR is not at work everyday it's the same story
