Great service
Dial a fridge is under new management and I have only great things to say about them, My problems solved quickly and at good pricing. I have told my friends about them and they also have onlyu had good service.

Repairs lasted a week. Now giving me the runaround
Defy fridge no longer getting cold. Recommendation to replace motor. Paid deposit, one week later came to install motor and paid balance of R1950 invoice. One week after repairs fridge stops getting cold. That was around the 22nd of May 2015. I've made numerous phonecalls. He made several appointments and just didn't pitch. Still waiting, now when I phone voice recording states that he is not available and no message service available! Think I was ripped off here!!!! No responsibillity or concept of service, never mind good service.

regas with no effect... giving us run around.
Came and serviced a fridge. Said it needed re-gas. Paid R700 and it never really got cold. After numerous calls we were always on the top of the list. Eventually they did come again and then said we had pushed fridge against wall and broke pipes. When my wide stated that was unreasonable since it never worked after the regas, Leonard got so abussive that my wife felt compelled to put down the phone. Do not use the company that does business as Dial A Fridge or Dial-A-Pliance on 071 755 3390

broke my fridge and charged me
Phone dial a fridge because my 3yr old fridge did not get cold. They cut the pipes and said it was a internal leak And it should be taken to their workshop. I paid R700. After a week they brough it back with a crack through the back inside of the fridge And not working. After many complains and 1000 excuses they fetched the fridge again. Every week I had to phone to follow up, and every time Shaun or Leonard said:\ it is working
