If you looking for endless headaches and lack of any real customer etiquette or care then this company is for you. Wow these guys are real bad. We have had nothing but a bad experience with this company. Do read your fine print carefully

Beware what you are signing 90DAY Notice!!
Dial a Nerd have proven over and over again that they are incapable. If you are a company I would run away as they will only dissapoint you in the end. Money grabbers

I was assisted by Gilbert Afful. He was so patient and took the time to explain everything that I needed to do on my side. He helped me resolve multiple issues on the set up of my new computer. Thank you Gilbert!

Dial a Nerd is Top Class
I've been using Dial a Nerd for all my computer needs for about 20 years. That includes supplying new computers and solving problems. Their servicer has always been top class and professional, including punctuality with appointments. Last week their engineer Reinhard replaced my old computer and installed a new one. Once more the service was perfect.

No Service
I have sent Dial A Nerd over over half a dozen emails to both their email addresses (Dan service and Tech support) and still no service after 10 days. Only receiving service ticket numbers. Also called them with no luck and also requested email address of Manager and CEO but no response. Notified them that I will be reporting their poor service on social media but didn't bother them.
