My mother was at your store earlier this afternoon to collect her ring she sent in for repairs and experienced very disrespectful treatment. She took the ring in because one of the stones fall out. It was replaced and fixed beautifully. She then put the ring on her finger and literally walked out of the shop the next shop. As she looked down she saw the same stone fall out, the same one that was replaced. The manger was extremely rude and handled the situation very unprofessional. I really hope you do something about this or I’ll go to hello Pieter and twitter. This is not how a manger should handle situations nor be with customers. The reception lady was very kind and very professional.

Bought a glass pendant from them, months later took it to polish, the lady dropped it and glass broke. She took my details to come back to me to replace it, that never happened. Did not offer to exchange, to fix or refund.

I had my engagement ring resized at Diamonds & Pearls Carnival Mall, they are cheap, very professional and friendly. I took it in on the 15th July 2019 and collected it the next day on the 16th July 2019, I am happy because my ring is now a perfect fit. It is very rare to find good service these days and I'm impressed by the service I got.

Beginning of this year my Guest watch stopped working. I took it to Diamond & Pearls Jewellery store in the mall @ Carnival. I requested a new battery and was told that it would be R50 for a new battey. I was told that it will be ready in a couple of hours. I returned back after a couple of hours and asked if by watch is ready. They said that it was not the battery and that they would need to send it in for repairs. I agreed to send it for repairs. They said in would take about 6-8 weeks for the watch to be repaired and that they will send me a quote before any repairs are done. I never received any quote. I had to keep phoning to find out about my watch. Evenually, I was told that it would cost R453 to fix. I gave the go ahead and now I am still waiting for my watch. It has been 9 months now and still no word on my watch. Where is my watch??? If they have lost my watch, just say and either replace it. It is getting to the point that I am thinking of going to the police and putting in a charge of theft.

When you get Diamonds & pearls to make you a engagement/wedding ring, after which alterations need to be done twice (since they did a horrible job the first time)... only to have your diamond fall out of the ring with no effort only after at most 2 months later after getting your ring back, when surely a diamond shouldn't just be able to fall out with no force or pressure to the ring what so ever.. absolutely terrible workmanship
