Called in asking for help because I really needed a quote and their email adress wasn't working. A lady answered the phone and sounded very irritated by my questions and was not very helpful. Tried the email again and Yay it finally went through. The response I get is how my capitals effected the email adress and how they cannot help me with the design because the quality is low resolution. What was sent to them was merely an example, we have all the relevant images which would be sent should we accept the quote. This is the first time experiencing a company making it so difficult to get a quote or even an estimate amount. As if they don't want the business so we will take our business elsewhere. Which I was upfront and told them because every bit of feedback helps a company grow. Then replying with a stinking attitude as If I don't want to make the effort for a quote to save my client money (it's for my director not a client) maybe I should be served by a different company... Thanks Digi-T, this is how not to respond to an unhappy customer. It shouldn't take me the whole day to get a quote. Make a plan and help your future clients. Was not expecting this response. I needed a quote, not a quarl about why your emails not working.
