Be a ware of this Online Company

<p>Please be aware of this online company (http://www.digitalgr8ness.com). He is arrogant and don't come back on problems or faults. I think he did not know what's after sale service. Make promises on SMS and emails and don't stick to it. I can go on and on and on. I can go on and on and on.I have very and I mean very bad experience in his after sales service.</p> <p>I will suggest not to do business with this company. You will have problems and no warranty or after sales service. I receive the wrong part after I emailed clear pictures and description of what i need.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never get hold of him on any Cell Phone or telephone.. After alot of promises on emails and SMS'e I still have the wrong part an he sit with my money. He ignore my SMS'e nd emails now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have proof of everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fly by night...... One word for this online business.</p> <p> </p>
