DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE *******
I purchased an iPhone through their site on 12 August 2025 for R12 850.00. They then sent me a phone that was firstly, definitely not new, and secondly, the wrong phone and not what was ordered. I immediately contacted them and was given a thousand excuses. Eventually it was admitted that they did not have stock of what I ordered. I told them this is not acceptable and I want my money back. They then tried to convince me to keep the incorrect phone they had sent, until their other stock arrives. I declined this, and told them I want my money back. They arranged collection of the phone and told me I would be refunded as soon as the phone was returned. As soon as the phone was returned, I asked when they would make payment of my refund. I was then told as per their terms and conditions, they have 7 days to refund me. We are now going on 6 months and I have still not received my money. The person I was dealing with made a complete mockery and joke of the entire situation and the fact that they have not paid me the money owing to me. I have had no choice but to log a complaint with the CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES OMBUD, Office of the Consumer Protector and approach small claims court. Don't waste your time or money on a *****ulent company that is clearly completely ********* and a bunch of manipulative *******.

Hight ****mers with Fevertree Finance. Do get yourself involve with them coz you will end up crying. They don't want to take accountability of their useless **** phones which are tempered or refix with **** part.

Please do not laybuy your phones there especially the ones on sale,at first they told me the phones are new the next thing they changing the story n when u laybuy they tell u get the phone immediately after your last payment only for them to tell to wait for 14 days n still they fail to deliver even after that 14days i had to fight for like a month to get my phone and even after that they still gave me a pre-owned instead of a new phone n they wrapped it to look new n the battery life was 81% instead of 100% since the box was wrapped like a new box

Please guys don't fall for those cell phones ****mers they will chow ur money.... Once u made a transfer online, they gonna ask for ur live location on whatsapp so they can deliver ur phone there after in few minutes they ask u to pay for insurance coz their phones are insured! Please don't pay for that insurance it's a **** they'll keep on promising u will get ur Smartphone .. That Zulu guy who acts as a courier guy is a **** please don't u dare fall for them!!!!
