Horrible service from Arno Southey

So last week i had a function for family and friends. Arno told me that he brings everything i need on the day and all i need to do is enjoy the the party. This got me excited and i believed this is going to be a stress free event, man was i wrong. I paid the final amount in full 2 days before the event. On the actual day he failed to deliver everything he had promised me. He blamed the supplier for not delivering and said he will forward me the email and he will refund me. When i try and chat to him on whatsapp he only replies when he wants to. He said he will send an apology via email and i am still waiting. Its been almost a week now and still no apology or refund. I will never use his services again as i believe he does not know how to treat his customers. I will certainly not recommend him to anyone.
