Dilmah Tea liars pathetic service Savannah
A die hard lover of dilmah tea for years and been drinking this tea for many years. Had no issues when Nazreen was handling everything. My delivery used to be free for over R400 worth of purchase. Last night I placed an order and as per their site, orders over R400 are free. Very misleading as they don't say ex vat or inclusive of vat. It just says free delivery for orders over R400. Being a customer of more than 5 years and a bulk buyer as well and dealt with Nazreen in the past with no problems. Today I had to deal with a useless women Savannah De Bruyn who replies :
Please kindly note that the online store pricing is exclusive of VAT; your subtotal is R366 excluding VAT therefore the R60 courier fee is added as the order is under R400.
Orders need to be over R400 (Excluding VAT) for the free shipping to apply.
As per their site: THIS IS NOT STATED AND IVE ALWAYS HAD FREE DELIVERY WHEN I ORDERED OVER R400
For businesses to run smoothly you've got to minus the Savannah and ++ the Nazreen. Misleading thieves first time bad experience with Dilmah and I know the employees as well as the friendly lady that delivers my tea to the door. Savannah means business down and more complaints on Hellopeter about Dilmah. Nazreen means business booming and excellent service.

I don't want to even think of Dilmah South Africa without Nazreen. To many more years of business together. ????????
