Complete Lack Of Service Delivery

Poor customer feedback, earlier this year after making numerous calls to speak to someone that could assist me with my issue, nobody to date has bothered to contact me back. I have sent numerous emails the last email address I received to raise my complaint was from Diego from the 'Campus Bryanston'

It has been months and to date nobody from Dimension Data / NAT has made any effort to reaching out to my issue.

For an international company this is absolutely shocking customer service to say the least.
