Scammers!! Dimple Puppies Home

On 17 September 2021 I bought a Morkie dog from Dimple Doggie Home in Upington. I paid R4000 for the dog and R1000 for transport to my door. I was told the dog would be delivered on Tuesday 21 September 2021.

I received a call on Tuesday 21 September from Link Express Couriers stating that the airline does not accept wooden crates anymore and I need to send R16 250 to them, it is a refundable deposit. Which I paid. I then received another call that the dog needs another permit and insurance for R35 000. At this point I realized something was extremely wrong. The airport confirmed it was a scam and that no special container is needed. We lost R21000.
