Utterly disappointing experience - Beware!

A vintage retro one of a kind hand bag purchased in the United states was taken to these people to repair stitching that had come loose.

When my wife collected the bag, she broke into tears by the way it looked. Their (outsourced) tailor had done some shabby patchwork job with a combination of an oversized needle and glue which resulted in the bag having damage which cannot be repaired.

Although i understand that this was caused by the outsourced tailor, it is ultimately the responsibility of the business to quality check these things.

My honest opinion is that this so called tailor, has absolutely no clue what they are doing nor does Dino's Cleaning Centre have the ability to quality check these things.

Avoid going to them for any tailor work, you're better off throwing the item away!
