Unreliable accounts departement
I find it very concerning that a big company like clicks direct medicines accounts departement cannot get their accounts right, I have been battling with them now for ages, I ha emailed them all my POP, but my account is still showing an amount outstanding.

Very efficient and friendly staff
Very efficient and friendly staff and extremely fast delivery. Clicks direct medicines is one of the effective companies I have ever dealt with, thanks guys for all you patience.

After many phone calls to the pharmacy regarding URGENT CHRONIC MEDICATION for a diabetic, they do not call you back. They keep on sending messages that you should call them and if you call back NOBODY knows what is going on. This is 4 th time that they neglect to send my chronic medication on time... Still waiting for a response from them after an urgent phone call.....

Pharmacy Direct - Not recommended!
The staff is not helpful or friendly. There is no communication from their side. On the day of delivery, you receive an SMS, it doesn't matter if the delivery date suits you. They will not contact you or ask for a date that suits you. If you go on a vacation, no exceptions are made, they deliver as it suits them, not the client. This is unacceptable.

VERY POOR SERVICE
They never get the medications to me on time. I generally spend at least a week or more without the medication before I receive it. As an example, my husband's medication has been finished for almost a week. The doctor wouldn't have prescribed it if it wasn't urgently needed.

These people are very useless with their deliveries it's either your address is wrong on the system but everyday you tell them to fix it n when it get to you it's very late late n mind you it's a chronic meds

I am living in Springbok in die Northern Cape - just south of the Namibian border (maybe one of the most remote areas taking into account from where Pharmacy Direct is operating) and I am serviced by Pharmacy Direct for many years now
I am living in Springbok in die Northern Cape - just south of the Namibian border (maybe one of the most remote areas taking into account from where Pharmacy Direct is operating) and I am serviced by Pharmacy Direct for many years now. Looking back, I can only express my satisfaction with the service that I received and want to especially single out the name of Nicolene van Niekerk from whom I always received excellent service. Even when she is on leave, I can trust that she will leave my matters in the hands of another very competent collegue. Nicolene understands the needs of a customer and is always willing to help. I trust that I my good business relation with her will last for many years to come
