Setting an example

I called Directory Listing to update my company details and Vaun answered the call, little he knew that I am an existing client of Directory Listing, I was rude and upset and convinced he will end the call.....<br> <br> Vaun responded promptly to all my questions and his response demonstrated his understanding on the changes that I needed to make as I was opening a new branch.<br> <br> Directory Listings needs more people like him and a lot of other employees can learn a lot from him.<br> <br> Keep it up.<br> <br> Regards<br>
