Don't waste your time. In 2020 I submitted a phone. In the end, they took my money and I was left with an expensive paperweight. Now in 2024, they are asking me to change my review to 5 star and they will give me a full refund. What a load. How can you do this to people? Do you really expect me to believe after all this time, you'll refund me? Stay away people, i****octor and directunlocks are the same. Do your homework, check all the information at the bottom of the screen, you will find they have more than 1 site to rip people off.

Sadly it has not been possible to unlock your LG G6 because the device has been hard locked by the network and the manufacturer has been unable to issue unlocking codes. We have given you a full value credit note for & dollar;$74.00 which you can use on our website by simply clicking 'Use Credit Note' We will monitor your device periodically, and should the situation change, we will contact you immediately, enabling you to order the unlock again with your credit note. Alternatively you can also use this credit note for any other service from us . This is the service you'll get from DirectUnlocks
