Mall @ Carnival
Dischem Mall @Carnival,Management should maybe send their rude cashiers at till number 7 which walked away for tea whilst I was called to the till ,,and Joyce Ngwena who is super rude ,they should realize they're jobs are dependent on the customer ,maybe it's lack of education or upbringing.

Poor Customer Service and Complaint resolution
I had an unfortunate bad experience at Dischem Carnival Mall on the 11 May 25 when I collected meds on a script (extract below) and then requested outstanding meds from a repeat script I’ve been receiving meds from. The staff struggled to find the script albeit i receive regular meds from another branch. I told them that it is possible that a 2nd profile existed, but my comments were ignored. It was just the way the staff handled the situation, and the dispenser was very abrupt and unprofessional. It could have been handled in a manner that would have been acceptable for me to postpone the collection to another day for my regular Dischem to dispense. After some consideration with the Pharmacist intervention, an attempt was made to contact my regular Dischem. That attempt was unsuccessful, and I left being frustrated. Please explore what the problem is from a Dischem perspective. I had no issues at other Dischem outlets. I collected Meds in Port Elizabeth when I was on holiday without hiccups. I have used Dischem East Rand Mall and Rynfield, also without any hiccups. I have since collected my meds from my regular Dischem and they advised Carnival Mall Dischem Manager of the profile no. This complaint was raised to the Pharmacy Manager, Charne Jooste but she has since not bothered to contact me.

I call Dischem Carnival Mall, spoke to the Switchboard Operator and requested to be transferred to the dispensary. I was on hold for 11 minutes after which the call got disconnected.This is unacceptable.

Bad Service
Unfair and Disappointing service I made the appointment earlier for 3:50pm. I arrived and waited for my Son turn with Sister Deirdre Van Tonder and our time came and I was told by her that she can’t connect with the Dr online. To my suprise she told me to wait outside amd attended the other clients. I have waited for about 40 minutes and she has been in with those customers As she mentioned to me that the system is not working why did she go in with the other clients or is it that they are more important and paying more than what I was going to pay. I waisted my time and petrol by booking for the appointment only to be returned by an *********** person who refused to attend my son who was sick by lying that the system is not working Regards Tshepo
