Unfortunately I can't see the bank reply but all I can say is I'm very disappointed in the bank because my account even now is frozen , no ongoing case or anything since last year June no responses or anything 0011136264089 , Sanda Radebe that's my details

Please note, however, that there is still an over‑no‑limit lock on your transaction account as it is currently overdrawn. To have this lock removed, you will need to make a payment or transfer into the account to clear the overdrawn balance.

Please note that your vitality savings account is also overdrawn.
