Terrible service from Diacovery Bank
Terrible, terrible service. Been approved dor a credit card, but needs to accepts the offer on the app. Been unable to access the app for weeks. Abaolutely no resolve from Discovery Bank. Just hearing ' it's been eacalated', but still can not access the app or log in!!

06 May 2026, 12:13That is what everyone says and nothing happens!! 😡 Just being referred from one person to the other. Last person I spoke to, using 20min of airtime wat Lindsey and Zandile Dube, Nhloko, just about everyone. Even emailed Adrian Gore which is foo important to reply.
