Disgusting service and *********** staff

DO NOT LET 5 STAR REVIEWS OF THIS BUSINESS FOOL YOU!

Had my aircon serviced. Thought the service was good but as soon as I used my aircon with the Gauteng heat wave it made one hell of a shaking noise. They only came back to check what they broke 4 days later, they stripped the rubber roller on the inside and then proceeded to tell me they will glue the pieces together as they parts are no longer available. I refused. They have now taken the part with them, if they bring a glued part I will insist on a replacement aircon as they cause the damage. Be very careful of this comany, they are very harsh with your aircon.

Update to a week and 3 days later.

Still no part and they refuse to ship it overnight so I receive it sooner and install what THEY broke. Shocking and usless service and people!
