Absolutely terrible. The lady who did my face wax first insulted me regarding my hair growth, proceeded to throw powder straight from the bottle onto my face and it ended up in my nose Then, applies wax and puts the strip on, pats my face so hard and rips the strip off.... To make matters worse, I have bruising and burns in my neck. Totally unprofessional and terrible service. When I told the woman, you are hurting me, she tells me the area is too soft. What a load of nonsense, I've been waxed for many years without an issue... I go to the till and show the receptionist, I get told sorry ma'am and handed the card machine to pay FULL price..... I've emailed them, put them on social media to which I have not received a response. Absolute agony as I type this. My skin is so bruised and on fire.... Hope this salon closes down.

I got for my usual face wax today as I do every single month Bayside Mall, Table View, Cape Town Firstly, the the****** insults me about my hair growth then she throws baby powder on my face straight from the bottle and it ends up in my nose. She is so rough she basically hits my skin (YES, HITS MY SKIN) whilst the strip is on the wax and just rips it Then, my neck is badly bruised and burnt, she turns around and says oh this area is too soft to wax. BULL****. Every the****** has waxed me no problem. She then still proceeds to take an Oil and rub it all over my face which makes it react even more so Tonight, I'm sitting with burnt skin on my cheeks and neck area and it is bruised. Totally disgusting and to make it worse, receptionist said oh sorry and STILL made me pay FULL price. This salon should be closed down. Absolutely disgusting service, terrible staff and flithy shop. I have emailed them, posted on social media and now I've placed a review on Hello Peter. Doubt I'll get a response, at the end of the day owner's are only happy about getting their money.

Good Afternoon everyone I'll get straight into it... Ladies, don't ever step foot at Diva Nails at Baywest Mall. My friend and I decided to spoil ourselves with a manicure there on Monday and their work is appalling. I wish I could attach pictures. My friend did a simple red gel overlay for R180 wish was a special that they were running and I did an ombre French manicure with tops for R300. The nail technicians are rude and unprofessional and their amateur work made us doubt that they are even qualified. If anyone has been there please share your experience. I honestly don't understand how such people ended up at that mall.

I would like to share my utter disappointment at Diva Nails Baywest It was filthy with staff fast food packages (hungry lion, chip packets etc) all over their workstations, dustbins overflowing just left in the middle of the room. The staff could not have cared less about a customer. They were all on their phones watching movies when I walked in. I had to get their attention to even attend to me. I wanted a pedicure which they then said they couldn't do as i hadn't made a booking (FYI there was nobody in the shop for the next 45 minutes with 4 staff members on their phones...). Finally they agreed to give me the pedicure. It was truly one of the worst pedicures ive had where they didnt even clean my nails properly. For R250 it was disgusting what little they did. They could barely wait for me to leave the shop to get back to watching whatever on their phones...

No one in that entire place knows how to do nails, except Sarah. If there is a salon out there looking to scout, take her! She deserves better than her co-workers! Who puts acrylic on, and 30 seconds later starts buffing it! Not filing first, immediately buffs it!! And had to redo the entire nail again! Lol Then clicks at my nail, shouts YOH, and inspects it close up... Makes no sense. I didn't pay, so that's ok. But I definatle won't go back if Sarah is not my technician She deserves a better salary and environment.. she actually likes what she does!

It is unfortunate for me to rate the service of Diva's Nails as utterly poor. I sponsored my friend and I to come and do our nails (gelish) at Diva's nails, in the new Baywest Mall center. When I went there, firstly they did not inform me that the special on the gelish wasn't applicable on the day (Friday) we went for the appointment. When we arrived on that Friday morning, the first thing they 'displayed' us was the types of gelish nails we could choose from. The state of the display was horrible, dirty, and smudged, most of the options were not available. We decided to go for the french gelish. The nail tech who helped me had the flu, and I was totally uncomfortable with her touching my hands the whole time, while sniffing and growling as she struggled through her flustate. When she put my hands in the oven, I felt stuff stucked in the oven, beneath my hands. I was totally grossed out. Do they ever clean their stuff? Anyway, I thought I'll wash my hands and forget about everything, until now, when I discovered that the gel is starting to come loose from my nails. R250 for gelish, and it only holds up for 4 days? This is UNACCEPTABLE! I want my money back!
