Waste of money
Worst service ever. I paid Diversity Matters in Januarie this year. After months of no feedback, I had the contact UIF my self, when thet told me my paperwork was never submitted by Diversity Matter. I phonr Juanita a few time, but every time she says she will call back but never did. After months of calls I had to eventually go to the labour department directly to sort out my maternity claim. Please do not use them. It is a waste of money.

Waste of money

JUANITA STORM!!!!! She is a ****mer I paid her to help me with my maternity claim. In the beginning she was very nice and called me and everything. Once she had all my documents I never heard from her again. She doesn't reply on any messages or pick up her phone when I try to call. I am so DISGUSTED!

JUANITA STORM!!!!! She is a ****mer I paid her to help me with my maternity claim. In the beginning she was very nice and called me and everything. Juanita Storm was helping with a uif claim. She will help with documents and you will get all signed. I never paid her though after eventually getting my profile u blocked she wanted my salary slips and i sent it to her and still she didnt respond said she was away in jhb but never told me just ignored my messages. She will be nice and call and help but eventually she ignores and nothing got submitted. She was nice at first then when everything could go through she just ignored on a weekday and when i messaged her on the weekend saying she is a ****mer she responds its the weekend i said well i messaged you on a weekday and you still ignored me. If you are such a passionate person you would atleast respond to your client but i feel she was off. So i would suggest not going to her. And do it through a legit company!
