DIVINE SNEAKERS BEWARE!!!!
I ordered a pair of trainers and when I received them they were the incorrect size. I immediately informed them via email as this is the only communication method they have available. It took them over a week to respond and then they said I had to select a different pair and they dont have my size as per my original order. It is now a month later and no further communication from them. I now sit with a pair for shoes I cant use. BEWARE!!!!!

DIVINE SNEAKERS BEWARE!!!!
I ordered a pair of trainers and when I received them they were the incorrect size. I immediately informed them via email as this is the only communication method they have available. It took them over a week to respond and then they said I had to select a different pair and they dont have my size as per my original order. It is now a month later and no further communication from them. I now sit with a pair for shoes I cant use. BEWARE!!!!!

Very disappointed
I purchased two pairs of sneakers, which was delivered on the 30th December 2024. I immediately noticed that the one pair was the wrong size and emailed them to schedule a return/exchange. On the 2nd January 2025 I followed up as a courier had not collected the item yet. On the 6th January the courier finally collected it. I’ve been following up every few days since then with this company and there’s no updates or acknowledgement of my emails. I even asked for the tracking number so I can monitor the delivery myself but received no response. I’m really disappointed and wish I’d spent my money somewhere else.

Divine sneakers ****med me R2400
I bought sneakers on Friday 13th Dec I have not received any communication with regards to my order. I have tried to contact the company through provided platforms there's no response nothing. I paid R2400 for two sneakers that time as they are ignoring all the emails not even acknowledgement of receiving them. I truly regret the purchase I wish I had spent my money on something else.
