Contacted DIY Geek support via whatsapp on 31/03/2023 at 1.14 pm. to report a problem with a Kodak Solar Inverter purchased from them. There was no response from them for hours. I questioned them about the lack of response.. I was informed that they close at 1 pm on Fridays and that the suppliers will respond on Monday. No response was forthcoming from either DIY geek or the supplier to date.

Excellent service. The team went out of their way to assist me ensuring that my order was delivered the next day. From responding to me on a weekend, constantly updating me and following up on delivery of my order they were fantastic and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Purchased two Kodak OG 10 inverter units from DIY Geek in February 2022.One of the units malfunctioned and was returned for repairs under manufacturer warranty in November 2022. Sege solar was not able to repair the unit. They supplied me with a refurbished unit that had multiple scratches on both the front and rear of the unit. I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the replacement unit since it would be difficult to sell with the scratches. The unit sent in for repairs had no scratches and was in pristine condition. DIY geek was contacted on several occassions but have not resolved the matter.

Sorry to say but my experience has been poor so far. They cancelled the courier pick-up and now no one seems to know what is going on. Was promised that it would be sorted out but still no delivery
