Swimming pool crook

I received a quote from DJ Pools. The person was DJ Groenewald. He gave me a quote to fix my swimming pool. He quoted me R7500.00 to fix the pool and paint it inside again. He later said he had to fix the mechanism to back wash, etc. quoting me another R3600.00. He stated with his laborer grinding off the dirt that I could not wash off. This person did very little everyday and disappeared around 13:00 everyday. When I tried to get DJ Groenewald on site he had all kinds of excuses. One day he had 6 quotes to go and do in Midrand and Johannesburg. The on another day he is first going to fetch his workers. Then the traffic was terrible. After that he had to pick up his painter at Olivenhoutbos. The last time he communicated with me he sent a foto of his carburatorm tide up with wires. I managed to get all his detail, ID, home address, where he stayed before, Company etc. So my sun and sun in law visited him at his house. He had all kinds of explanations and excuses. He said that he had the equipment and parts we can take it, which I should have done. He said he is going to pay me back, but up to now I only received R1500.00. He is since missing. We did discover that he took DJ Pools off his profile. He stayed in Heuweloord in a commune with his wife, kids and three other families.
