DKS PROPERTIES- DORAN SOORYALALL
I have never thought I would be in such a situation like this dealing with a business! We had used Doran to find occupants for my Moms home in Buccleuch. For nearly 11 months no rent was paid to my Mom. Doran had told us that the tenant was not paying the rent. Just as we approached the tenant to evict him and his family of 4, all proof of payments were produced by the tenants- paid to DKS properties. Doran had been lying to us ALL THIS TIME! He was even prepared to see a family evicted! How disgusting can a person be? This financial strain has caused our family to drift and have constant unnecessary fights. Tis guy is totally unprofessional and should be charged for fraud. Please do not deal with him if you require piece of mind!

(AVOID) DKS Property Agent Doran Sooryalall - Sunninghill
Scammed out of my deposit money for a rental property in Sunninghill that was advertised on Property 24 which was never available. He promised to pay back my deposit which till date he failed to pay.

Scammed out of my deposit money for a rental property in Sunninghill that was advertised on Property 24 which was never available. He promised to pay back my deposit which till date he failed to pay.

DKS Property Agent Doran Sooryalall SCAM - Sunninghill/ Buccleuch Area
The principal agent Doran from DKS Properties invoiced us and took our money under false pretences of securing a residential property in Sunninghill. Up until we caught him out, he misled us about a property he very well knew was unavailable and now refuses to pay back our money . We viewed a property in Sunninghill at the end of October 2021 with the principal agent of DKS properties Doran Sooryalall. We were urged to pay the deposit asap to secure the property, and was sent an invoice which we paid and have proof of. Our occupation date was the 29th November 2021 but the agent kept postponing and stalling the move in with different excuses. The move-in date was postponed 3 times and at the last minute (30mins before we were supposed to take the first moving truck load to the property). By the 3rd time he let us know that we can’t move in that day, we went to the complex ourselves and found that Doran already moved new tenants into our property at the end of Nov 2021. We confronted him and he admitted that the other tenants moved into the property a week prior to our move-in date. In that conversation he agreed to pay back all our money. Since that phone call he began giving excuses to why he can’t pay back the money immediately but agreed to pay within a few days. He has not paid the money back and when confronted he keeps saying he will pay immediately but never does. We had to cancel moving trucks, return the hired trailers and send home our movers various times. We had to pay hefty fines and penalties and were caused great inconvenience and financial loss because of Doran's lies.

Dodgy Estate Agent in Sunninghill/Buccleuch area
Dodgy estate agent - he rented out my unit and did not pay the tenants deposit to me for going on 3 months. Avoid any busy with him. He us not trustworthy
