DMC5 is tarnishing my name and I dont know who they are !!!

I went through my credit review and I found a loan of R1586 form a company called DMC5. It says that the load was acquired in 2019. I do not know this company ,never heard about them. My name is being tarnished and i need help. I tried looking for their numbers so I call and just understand where all this is coming from but no luck . I would like for Hello Peter to help regarding this issue .
