DMC5 messing with my credit score

Why are these people claiming that I owe them money when I have never taken a loan with them and better yet all my account are closed and paid off??? I have absolutely no idea who these peope are and why they claim I owe them R3926.00. A credit enquiry was made on my profile and I just found out now that I owe these people I no business with no had in the past before. How doesw one resolve this????
