DMC5 on my credit score with false info. I don't owe them.

Today Iogged in on my clear score profile,I see they say I owe DMC5 R1000 for credit card. In my life I have never had a credit card or loan only clothes account. I don't owe them and I don't know them.. Who is DMC5?
