I owed them R10 000, been paying since last year June, R500 every month, I could see the balance decreasing, when I had about R4000 left they took my balance back to R10 000, no explaination, `i then reported them to Exparien via Clearscore but there was no assistant, they still hit me with debit order but my balance is still the same, they also claimed I missed all my payments till now, I can't even contact tem cause they basically dont exist.
