DMJ buses their service is parthetic they just dont care about their customers.guys if u think of travelling a warning do not buy DMJ bus ticket they robe me my R700 promise to refund me since may till now i call them i send them mails without any response from them keditsotsi im realy not happy with their service.

It's been 4 months, dmj is not refunding my money their service was canceled and i remain stranded in town till today ,they keep on saying they going to come back to me, its from August 2021 Please help my contact number is 0722368690

I bought a ticket from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg departure @12:30 midday however they called at 11:30 to inform that the will be no bus on the 4th of June.I couldn’t use the ticket and logged the query for refund till the o date I haven’t received my money.Poor service!!

I booked 2 tickets on computicket travel online in August from Fort Beaufort to Cape Town for the 15th of August 2021. Unfortunately the bus was involved in an accident and I had to arrange alternative transportation for the trip. When I called DMJ to ask about what I was supposed to do they advised me to send an email requesting for a refund. To this date I haven't received my money and they're now ignoring my emails and when I call they tell me they don't know when will the refund be processed.

On the 16th we as a family booked 2 tickets for 2 family members to travel from Alice to CPT via Shoprite. When the time came for them to board the bus in Alice it never arrrived and the people were stranded at the bus stop and no communication with the passengers. We tried calling last night to findout and there was no answer. We call this morning and told about the bus getting into an accident. We ask for refund to make other alternate means of transport and the consultant I spoke to told me that we have to submit documents and it would take alot longer. I ask to speak to her manager and gave me the meeting line. She was rude and could not provide full information on how to assist people stranded. We used our last monies to get them hear and now DMJ is failing its passengers and their consultant tried to insult my intelligence with her demeaning tone over the phone.

Never book DMJ bus ,its scam ..I book DMJ tickt from Mount Frere to Cape Town bus never showed I used another alternative transport. Now they refuse with the refund. They are scam they steal people money..

Last week I booked a return ticket to Fort Beaufort in the Eastern Cape. The dates for the said tickets was 5 to 6 June 2021. On the 5th the bus was 4 hours late and no notification was furnished as to the reason for this lateness. On the return trip the bus was 5 hours late, again no explanation or anything. Forced under circumstances to book this bus again on a return trip for this weekend (11 June 2021 and 12 June 2021), I have just received an sms at 18:22 that the bus is cancelled and that I would be contacted. Please people do not ever take a chance with this bus. The level of incompetence is unprecedented and the bus service is generally bad. I am fighting now to get a full refund of my tickets. Again, if you ever want to use this service don't.
