The homeowner will always lose ...
The project was refurbishment of existing parquet floors as well as installation in a new passage and room. Having worked with sub-contractors since 1996, we gave Dumi the opportunity to "finish the project in 3 days". They started and we were impressed, but as the project lost momentum, we saw the flaws and the project dragged on. We have refurbished parquet ourselves before and we wanted to save time. O my word, we should have rather done it ourselves. The sanding machine had a dust bag. They then came in with a garden blower and blew the red dust all over the house! We couldn't believe it. Normally we use a feather duster to lightly take dust off walls and ceilings where we vacuum the last dust off the floor. This time around the red dust was forced inside the ceiling and roof trusses. Wardrobes were sealed using masking tape, but even that did not keep out the dust. One of their electricity leads had a loose connection and tripped the main power continuously while my washing machine, dishwasher and modems were switching on and off until we asked them to please attend to the dead short. Needless to say, we are still waiting for Dumi from DMS Flooring to finish the project, but he got his money ... and we got exactly what we expected to get. Unfortunately, the outcome is always the same ... We are never wrong. Don't pay until the job is done ... you will always lose.

DMS Flooring - POOR SERVICE - POOR WORKMANSHIP
<div>Dumi from DMS Flooring has been promising to come and fix the poor workmanship since the 5th December. We have tried to contact him 38 times on his cellular phone, he just Red Buttons or doesnt answer. Sent 17 WhatsApp messages, he has replied to 5 stating he will come and fix and then doesnt bother to pitch. DO NOT USE DMS Flooring. The good review they received is from themselves, dont be fooled.</div>

DMS Flooring - A disgrace to the flooring industry
NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF DMS FLOORING. The company is owned by Dumi and despite initial appearances, the end product is a shocking experience. They promise the finish will be as per example photos they show you and say the sealer they use takes 3 days to dry and to achieve the finish. Well its 7 days later and the floors look nothing like the photos. Dumi promises they can fix the broken wooden tiles and then subsequently going about moving blocks around and then proceeds to hide the damage they have caused. Says floor needs to dry before then can do any repairs and then he disappears. Ignores your phone calls or cancels the call. I have sent emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages. You get read receipts for the various messages but NO response. Believe it, cheap work by crooks results in expensive repairs and rework. Dumi drives a Gold BMW 3 series and his cell phone number ends in 4047. Don’t make the same mistake.

Dumi from DMS Flooring is the most dishonest person I have had ever contracted to do work for me. No matter how many times you phone him to come and rectify the breakage and the poos workmanship, he makes promises and excuses. Once he sees who it is who is phoning him, he just simply does not answer. His cellular number starts with Zero Seven Six and ends with Four Zero Four Seven. Zero Seven Six Seven One Zero Four Zero Four Seven. The first day starts off well, then proceeds into total chaos and they have no concern over the mess they make and don’t even bother cleaning up after themselves. Promise to fix and supply the wood for the wooden floors and then he quotes you for Meranti Skirting only to find out when you get home, he has installed Pine. Dumi drives a Gold BMW and transports his staff (accomplices) and tools in the Gold 3 Series BMW. He tries to hide all the mistakes and additional breakages from you. DO NOT CONTACT HIM TO DO ANY WORK, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. He also does not reply to emails. DMS Flooring - Fraudsters
Dumi from DMS flooring is an absolute fraud and should be arrested and of convicted of fraud. His work is shoddy and despite numerous promises to fix, he makes excuses when he does answer (076 710 4047) however on 98% of the cases when you phone he Red Buttons you or ignores the call. His employees are like bulls in a china shop and despite saying they can remove cupboards, go about breaking down with hammers to say “sorry, misunderstanding”. Dumi drives a Gold BMW 3 series which he also uses as a work vehicle. His staff members, Sylvester, Nicholas and Handsome are all in on the scheme to defraud honest hard-working individuals who pay for a good service only to receive poor shoddy work and no recourse. You send him an email at the email he provides, dumisflooring4@gmail and goes read but unanswered. Wonder why it is 4, most probably numbers 1 to 3 have received emails from other customers he defrauded and continually changes.
