Horrible service at Dobsonville Clinic
I had a truly horrible experience at Dobsonville Clinic when my child was sick and urgently needed care. Shockingly, all the nurses went on lunch break at the same time, leaving the clinic completely unattended from 4pm until 5pm. During this critical hour, patients—including my sick child—were left waiting without any assistance. When the nurses eventually returned, their attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of showing compassion or professionalism, they treated patients with hostility, which only added to the stress of an already difficult situation. Healthcare workers are supposed to provide care and support, especially when children are involved. What I experienced was the opposite: neglect, poor management, and disrespect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a clinic that is meant to serve the community. I sincerely hope the management takes action to address these issues, because no parent should have to go through such an ordeal when seeking medical help for their child.

Useless service provider, Dobsonville ambulances
My aunt is sick and I have called the clinic since 00:00 this morning and no ambulance was dispatched for her. When I called again at 05:00 I was told that there is only 1 ambulance seeing to area around Dobsonville including Bram fisher that I found troublesome and ridiculously that Soweto people are bering assisted by only one ambulance when there are 3 hospitals close to Bram fisher. The service is unacceptable. Can the depart of health please do something about this is is just not right on all levels. We must now loose someone just because we don't the source of transport to take her to the hospital. This is just very wrong.

Dissatisfied
So I was at work today and I wasn't feeling okay so I was sent home to go see the doctor, When I got home I didn't have money to go to the doctor ,I decided to go to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I spoke to the one doctor about my situation and it's so severe, the Doctor said I must ask the nurse to open a file for me and she pointed me to her direction. When I spoke to the nurse she said to they are closed and I must come back on Monday..Mind you I can't even stand straight because of the pains I have... Doctor insisted on the nurse to open a file but she continued to say I must come back on Monday they are closed....Now on my way to hospital because I'm in so much of pain The short nurse with rust brown dyed hair who was helping the doctor today ,shouldn't be a nurse because one day a patient will die because of such nursed
