thermal device faulty

I bought a thermal device online and it didnt want to power on, so i send it back . They didnt have another unit, and told me that they must send it to russia and it would take 3 months to come back. I said i cant wait that long and rather want my money back to buy somewhere else. and its now 3 week, im sick and tired of excuses on why they didnt pay me yet.
