Doctor debt

This company was my biggest regret I've tried countless times trying to contact all off they numbers emails absolutely nothing I need my clearance certificate I joined in 2015 it's now 2024 and I'm still flagged under debt review I see alot off people had the same issue can anyone advise the way forward from this as they need to be dealt with not helping innocent clients anyone that has had this issue and has a way to assist me please contact me 0 6 5 9 0 9 5 7 4 4 I would highly appreciate it. I have no accounts with them everything is closed and yet I cannot get my clearance certificate!
