Went to Dog box liquor in boksburg north. The owner was rude because I discovered he sold Miller drinks that expired in January 2024. Wen I approached him he was rude said i lack knowledge and don't know what does best before mean!!!!!!! I'm just stupid.

Brace yourselves for a lengthy post because the plot just thickened and thickened with this store... I'll start off by saying that Dog Box SA does not even deserve a rating of ONE star. Absolutely pathetic (basically non-existent) service. No response when following up with my order placed on 19th July. I sent emails and WhatsApp messages - no response. The number on their website ALWAYS goes to voicemail. I then approached Payflex to assist in following up on my order as I had made payment using the Payflex option. They provided another email and contact number for the owner, Charles. Yet again, no response at all - phone just rings and rings, WhatsApp messages go through but no replies. I noticed that the email Payflex gave me for Charles was connected to another online store "Henlyn". Did a quick google search and tried calling them - got through to a lady who claimed she no longer works at Henlyn and has no contact with Charles. Eventually contacted someone else who worked with Charles and they gave me his mother's number - this number was also linked to the store "Henlyn" and, yet again, no answer. It appears that Dog Box SA is no longer operational and Charles is now operating under another online store called Henlyn - some of the same dog beds are advertised on their site. Extremely grateful that Payflex took action and deactivated their services for Dog Box SA. But I will never be ordering anything online again without reading reviews on Hello Peter first!

I purchased covers for my dog beds on the 13th of July. Still have not received them. No response on emails and cellphone. Very unhappy customer. They are taking peoples money and not delivering goods.

What a joke! Received confirmation email with order number for my payment on 12 July. That was the last communication. No response to my follow-up emails. Telephone no. Goes to voicemail. Still no delivery of dog bed. I’m basically threw R900 down the the drain. A bunch of ****** as far as I’m concerned!

This company Dog Box SA is a ****!!! Do not use them. I orded dog beds online from them and my order was over a thousand Rand. I got the confirmation email that they received my order and it will take 3 to 5 days. I orded on the 13th of July, today is the 26th of July. I have not received my order or any communication from them. I have sent countless emails and tried calling and I get no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company Dog Box SA is a ****!!! Do not use them. I orded dog beds online from them and my order was over a thousand Rand. I got the confirmation email that they received my order and it will take 3 to 5 days. I orded on the 13th of July, today is the 26th of July. Avoid ordering from this company at all costs! It appears they have closed their doors without delivering orders that have been paid for or refunding customers! I have not received my order despite sending numerous emails, messaging via their FB page & trying to call them. The contact number provided goes straight to voicemail & there is no response to emails. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed with their *****ulent behaviour!!!!

DogBoxSA should be blocked from trade. It’s ********* to ***** money through an online store. It’s outrightly wrong to take money for products you didn’t order and then not refund your customers for goods returned. DogBox SA are 100% ******* and should be stopped immediately and taken off FB and other social platforms. I paid for two dog beds, one totally incorrect. I returned the beds as per the message from the number I retrieved through couriers. Their number online is out of service, and the number from couriers they simply ignore. Just rings. No response to messages nor emails. I am pursuing a legal motion because on principle people shouldn’t get away with this today!!! Good luck DogBox!!!

Im a bit on the fence as I am very happy with my 2nd purchase but my first pirchase was returned for a refund and to date I had no replies on my email or my fb messages. Hope the are still open for business🫣
