1) Address listed is not the correct address, you are given instruction over the phone from the listed address to a farm close by Rayton where they are actually located.
2) Once arrived the place looks run down, but the dog and puppy looked good and we decided to trust the owners. KUSA also verified them as breeders. They make you sign a contract that states the puppy will be well looked after which at first seems to bear from positive intent.
3) Communication after payment of deposit was terrible, we numerously had to request them to send us an update and photos where they made us feel like we are bothering them.
4) The night before we had to collect our puppy they sent us an email stating that they are unhappy with how we were going to apparently treat the puppy, they made up a story that we will be locking the puppy in a room and they won't sell the puppy to people who will be that cruel to animals. Even after we sent photo's to them showing the bed where our puppy will sleep in, inside the house and play pen area etc. they still stuck to their made up story.
5) Had to get the police involved to get our money back.
6) Seems like their MO is to sell the puppy over and over to the next highest bidder until the puppy is at 8 weeks. They take the highest offer and refund the rest, if you put up a fight...
All in all a very bad experience, I saw some good reviews from 2019 still, maybe they were not always this way, but I will recommend to stay far away, call KUSA and get numbers of other good breeders.
